Hi, I am from a country that does not give me much flexibility regarding visa-free travel. I also plan to further my education, unfortunately most places like the USA, Canada and UK would cost quite a lot for education and the EU offers the option of free or cheap education and also the flexibility to travel visa free. I found a website online that had an article on residence by investment for countries in the EU zone. Does anyone here know about this?
