I sent a debt validation letter. Debt collector repsonded with attachment that looks like a itemized bill from the orginal creditor, but it has noted on it "This is not a bill".

I sent a debt validation letter. Debt collector repsonded with attachment that looks like a itemized bill from the orginal creditor, but it has noted on it "THIS IS NOT A BILL".

Is that enough to validate the debt? Its already been reported to the credit bureaus. How can i get this removed from my credit assuming that its not enough to validate the debt?
