Facebook's (FB) guidance for a modest revenue deceleration in the second half of the year dampened enthusiasm after the social media giant's run to record highs. Still, FB stock got numerous price-target hikes, including one to 500, about 40% above Friday's close. So is this a good time to by FB stock?
