For last year part of my job was taking over sales function. During that time was paid commissions on sales. Company just announced new quarterly bonus plan and back dated it to July 1 wiping out commissions on July and August sales. Anything I can do? Even if we max out metrics for quarter I will still be down over 1k as July and August sales alone would have exceeded the top of new plan. TIA
