I am not sure I follow the logic behind. I also tend to believe Dave Ramsey is no troll.
With interest rates being so low (especially in Europe), why would I buy all cash if I could when i can put a 20% down, borrow at 0.60% and get at least 0.80% Risk Free Rate? not to even account a least 2-3% return in the equity market (assuming valuations are stretched) ?
