I'm 27, I live with my parents and have 0 savings or cash or anything of value ie. car. I have 0 debts or student debts. I do have a job which the contract ends in year so no job security. I also feel my fear and anxiety is more hurting my drive than benefiting it.
Looking for some perspective or advice.
