Hi everyone, so I have around $200,000 I’m interested in investing, in the past I was between investing in real estate or stocks, I understand these are pretty “safe” ways of making a nice return, but I’m interested in maximizing my returns, and I do t need it to be passive at all.
So what other ways can I invest money to make a good profit, Airbnb? House flipping? A business? A restaurant? Buying vending machines? I dont know I’m just trying to find ideas
