Hey, for reference I’m a single guy who recently bought a place and has a second bedroom and bathroom that I could easily rent out for $1k a month. I currently have no issues making my mortgage payments but I’m wondering if I’m missing out too much on additional income to live comfortably alone. At what point does the benefit outweigh the costs of living alone and what would you do in my situation? Appreciate any advice, thanks
