Hey guys, I am worried about my father in the next say 25 years. He's around 45 years old at this point and he has nothing, no house, no saving, no super (AUS retirement fund). I know this question will be answered by a lot of USA people, but still, I am curious about what people have done with dealing with dumb parents.
It feels selfish, but I am still getting my life together, I honestly have great saving habits because I have never wanted to end up like my dad or mother. And looks like I will be buying a house very soon But yeah, I have a bad feeling that when push comes to shove I am going to be loaded with the bill to save them........ which, as selfish as it sounds cause my dad raised me, I really don't want to be forced to..... god that sounds terrible. Sorry for the personal rant at the end then.
