This will be one of the more interesting SPACs to follow, especially as they claim to be the world's largest online sports shop. Multi-billionaire Rene Benko is the guy behind Signa, in case it's not clear from the article, which makes this even more juicy. Benko is very well connected to European politicians, so a NYSE SPAC is a very interesting move.
