I work as a director for a small company who is struggling financially. I have been with the company for about 2.5 years but have been hearing from my boss how we are struggling financially. I got scared about this and so I started searching for new opportunities. I got recently offered an assistant director position at a newly opened bigger company with a 13% pay increase. Has anyone been in this situation, did you leave and take on the offer?
