I am sorry if this is not the right subreddit for this question, if not please point me in the right direction :)
My job right now is a mix of developing software for internal use and manage a team of 4 me included. The job is pretty chill and all in all not stressful.
I make 96k at my current job, and all overtime is paid out once a year.
I am being offered 135k a year, at a job as a senior developer, and freedom to work from home. There is no overtime pay. The work is more competitive.
Would you take the higher pay, or do more of a slow and steady job?
