Hey guys, I’m looking for some advice on how to rent a car cheaply. My family of four is having to travel from Johnson City, TN, to El Paso, TX, over a 10-day period in August. Dates aren’t really flexible. I’ve looked up car rentals and the cheapest things I can find seen to be around mid-$800 (this is for a tiny economy car that I’d prefer not to rent for safety reasons) to well over $1000. This seems crazy to me. Any promo codes or advice from others with experience on how to find a good deal?
