Looking for advice on where I can save more or spend less. I know a lot of this could be subjective, but I would love some outside perspective and general input. I think my budget is fairly decent, but I could be overlooking some obvious things.
Info:
- 25, currently rent a place with my partner
- 100K base salary
- 7 Month Emergency Fund
- Groceries, Rent, Utilities, and Internet are split evenly (so my budget only reflects my share)
- 24K Federal Student Loans (On pause until September. Min payment was $315)
- Paid off vehicle
Savings goal:
- Buying property in like 10ish years
- Retirement (maybe FI, don't know yet)
- Buying EV vehicle at some point
