As most of you know, T is spinning off HBO with discovery. As a T shareholder i should get shares of the new company. So there are a few questions:

  1. Whats the cut off date where i have to own T shares to get the new company shares?

  2. I saw the figure 71% floating around, does that mean i will get 71% of my current shares in the new company? What will the split be?

  3. Will T own any percentage of the spin off?
