With as crazy as the market is now, I can’t compete with the people paying 100k over asking price, waiving contingencies...I put 2 offers in so far and $5k for one, and $15k for another one and didn’t get either one. Is it even possible to buy a house if you can’t afford to bid tens of thousands over and can’t risk waiving inspections? What do you guys think the market will be like next year? I’m thinking I might have to accept waiting but I’m worried things will get even worse if I wait.
