I guess I'm here for advice and to get frustration out. I got a promotion but it's about 30 minutes away from my apartment across a top 15 populated city. Saved up some money and using a VA loan. Can't seem to buy a house. Tired of apartment living and long city driving. Seems like these bids are outrageous. I guess I just need to do another year of apartment living. This market is crazy. Feels like this market keeps moving up.
