Sorry if the title sounds confusing, but I'm not sure how to phrase this question.
Let's say I have a block of hard cheese. I already opened its original packaging and there is a huge amount of leftovers. So, the first time, I use the vacuum sealer to seal the cheese and I store this in the fridge.
On the next day, I decide to use only half of the cheese, so there's still some cheese left. I reseal it (which is the second time) and store it back in the fridge.
Is it safe to do that? Or should I have used a new sealer bag? Or is sealing only for one-time use?
