I have acquired half of a hen and just put it on the stove to boil for a broth. I am planning to pick the meat off the bones in an hour or so and just continue boiling the bones for the next 16 - 24 hours.
What is your absolute favorite, go-to recipe to use such a meat? There are hundreds of inspirations on internet, but many just feel like just-make-use-of or get-rid-of recipes. What recipe do you absolutely love?
