My Giant road bike was chained to a fence in the parking lot behind my building, which is enclosed between a bunch other buildings. Last night someone must have come onto the property because the fence has been cut and the bike is gone. The bike retailed for about $1000, I'm wondering if its worth claiming from my renter's insurance or if they would just hike my monthly fees to offset the claim?
