My account was flagged for suspicious activity and blocked my account These charges were all mine. I've tried calling Fraud prevention 3 times and each time they said they would send a text message with a code to verify. I never received the texts. I asked if there is any other way they can verify. They said the only way is by sending a physical letter in the mail and I would have to wait for it. When I told them I can't because I need access to my own funds ASAP, they hung up on me. I then called back twice and both times, they put me on hold, and then came back and said they would "look into it" and hung up. I believe they don't think I am who I say I am, but how can I prove it! I need my money!!
