I’m frugal by nature (and nurture), but at times can be a bit cheap.... not in a good way.
When does frugal cross over into cheap and become perhaps even detrimental? (Like the guy who spends 10 hours a week hauling water from the creek to avoid a $30/month water bill. The opportunity cost is WAY higher than the money saved.)
