I am about to accept an offer from a New Job with 33K jump(currently make about 60K and new job will be about 93K) in Wisconsin and relocation required. This job is related to Computers and software.

I have been living in Western NY for the last 5 years in same job and purchased a home 2 years ago for about 125K. Married and 2 kids.

Couple things make me feel not wanting to do the change.

First, I am working in a public sector so we have NYLRS retirement system and once we work 10 years or so we would be eligible to get more money than what social security would give us.

Second, we are not sure what to do with the house. I don't really want to sell it as it would be a property we would own after all. House will need some work worth of about 15K down the 4-5years. My options are sell it, rent it, or airbnb it.

Third, my current job I believe can go up about 5-10K in the next year so.

The things that make me feel I should do the change.

First, new job has much more growth opportunity for myself both professionally and financially.

Second, all relocation costs will be paid by the company.

Third, of course higher salary and I could get to 100K now or down the 3-4 years if I don't make this change. Of course I would be probably around 120K down the 3-4 years on or after the new job.

Fourth, lots of benefits, stock options. Company even has life insurance for employees.

We felt the benefits of owning a home and would like to most likely buy a house in Wisconsin too. But don't have enough saved(almost done with years long debts) so will have to use FHA. Can I use FHA even though we currently have a house but the new house would be our primary residence.

Open to all suggestions and guidance. Thanks a bunch in advance.
