I am 27 and like the title says, I have 150k in the bank right now. I make about $4,500 per month after taxes and have around $500 expenses per month. (Live in parents basement apartment and no debt) I’m in software sales and am getting burnt out so will probably quit my job in the next two months and take about 3-6 months off and then get a new job making 80-100k per year at least. With the new 1.9 trillion bill that just passed, inflation is scaring me. I don’t know much about investing at all. What book should I read about real estate investing? Looking for any advice. Thank you!
