I'll start:

- Rotisserie chickens from grocery stores are one of the cheapest, most convenient sources of protein.

- Tofu & rice is a cheap and healthy meal. It does require some prep. But it's simple if you have a rice cooker. And technically tofu is already cooked.

- I haven't tried them, but I've heard the frozen pizzas from Costco are decent and cheap.
