Could I take a basic from scratch cake recipe and replace the vanilla, eggs, and sugar with coffee creamer and still come out with something I could slather frosting on or would I just be wasting more ingredients?

Ex: 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 6 large eggs 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp vanilla (Baking powder?)

TLDR I have like 8 cups of frozen coffee creamer that I would like to use up. Vanilla, hazelnut, butter pecan

Edit: now that I think about it, some kind of cookie would be even better
