Today I was looking at an item online. I had been given a gift card which covered the bulk of the item, but shipping was a bit much imo. After trying my honey and retail me not browser extensions, I ended up with no discounts. So I brought up the chat with us bar, and explained that I thought the shipping was too high. After a few minutes, the nice lady came back with a 10% off discount which covered 90% of the shipping costs. All it took was me asking, and spending 10 minutes to get my item cheaper! It never hurts to ask!
