Deciding between renting a truck for 90 dollars a day with unlimited mileage and coming back same day to pick up our car or renting a uhaul and towing our car. Uhaul is about 400$ with everything.
We’re towing a bed,dresser and desk. Uhaul said if we want to hitch our Honda Civic installation will be 250 and then the rest of gear after adds up to about 300$ . Family said no to helping us move. Worried about renting car having hidden fees. Any tips, stories advice?
Penske,enterprise go for same prices as u-haul.
Tl;dr: is their hidden fees on car rentals or is actually that cheap to just rent a big truck.
