I'm trying to find a 6 month lease in an incredibly cheap area, which I'm open to, and get a studio for $400 or less, or a house $500, basically dirt cheap rent to finally be able to save money and catch a breath in my life. after 6 months I can reevaluate things.
so far:
- Indianapolis. seems like tons of deals can be found
- Albuqurue NM
- Mississippi
- Alabama - Mobile / Montogmery
Does anybody live in a area low COL town that I might not be aware of? I'd love tips and inspiration. Did you ever do something like this just to get ahead for 6 months?
