Any Mortgage we could realistically get: $2,300 (at a minimum, possibly more)
Honestly, any place we buy would probably be a bit smaller than our current rental. For some reason, the land lord in my complex barely ever raises rent and this has been going on since his dad owned the place.
Housing is outrageous here, but if anyone has advice on whether it's stupid or smart to buy a place in this stiuation, I'd love to hear it.
