Something I like to do is check resale sites like ebay, mercari, poshmark, offer up, and fb marketplace before I purchase something new. Recently I was looking for new sandals and came across some at the department store that I really liked. They were on sale for $60, a quick search and I found someone selling the same pair new for $20. If you've done this before please share an example!
