Recently I bought a metric nut at Napa for nine cents, and that got me thinking. Long story short, I need to beat that deal at O'Reilly. Doesn't have to be a fastener, anything in their sellable inventory will do.
What can I buy at O'Reilly for less than a quarter, but more than free? While scouring their website in lieu of eating and sleeping I found a cotter pin for three cents, but it's only sold in bulk.
