They are in talks with MICROVAST which, a couple brokers even stated that it actually is a done deal, but things can be lost in translation,they will have to extend for a DA(Definitive Agreement) for the merger acquisition(DECEMBER 3rd DEADLINE). BECAUSE THEY ARE A SPAC THAT IS NEARING THEIR EXPIRATION FOR ACQUIRING A STOCK, 2 YEARS, WHEN THEY DO THE 90 DAY EXTENSION THAT MEANS THEY ARE TRUSTING IT TO HAPPEN OR ELSE WHY EXTEND. GET IT?
