Hi, just wanted some opinions on refinancing currently. I just recently had my home built earlier this year and opted into a 3.5% 30 year fixed. I put down 20% and currently owe about 200k. I have noticed 30 years have dropped considerably this year and if I got into a 2.75ish, closing cost would be paid for within 3-4 years probably. Any opinions or advice welcomed, Thanks.
