Pretty much exactly what title says. Seller removed fridge and didn't shut line off completley resulting in water damaging the kitchen flooring. It is bubbled and buckling (it's cheap pergo type flooring) and the biggest issue is that the entire home is this flooring. Do I have recourse here since it was after inspection and appraisal but occurred before closing without our (and possibly their) knowledge?
