I’m not great at asking questions or wording myself.
My friend is struggling and she asked me for a loan. Is it best to go with an notoriety and sign an agreement that my friend will pay me back $500 in a year. Or her taking a selfie holding a piece of paper saying she’ll pay me back would hold in small court claims Incase she fails or chooses not to pay me back.
