So I got a notification today in the mail about a 529 college savings account for my son that I must have opened 19 years ago and forgot about. The address they have on file is where i was living in 2001. The notification was from a company called scholar's edge 529. My son, the beneficiary, died by suicide almost 3 years ago. There's a little bit of money in it, under $1000. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks in advance.
