I am waiting to close on a home and the seller mentioned they may want to rent the home back for a month or two. Has anyone had any experience with this? I am debating one month since I do have some wiggle room with my current place but I am also not in love with dealing with the headaches of the process/being a landlord if it is involved. Curious what people's experiences are and if it's a hassle or if its less involved than it seems/worth it.
