I paid $150 for a custom night guard at the dentists, but even after a lot of adjustment it didn't fit. Can I get my money back?

I already paid the $150, but the dentist admits that it doesn't fit. I went in for two adjustments but it's too painful to wear. It's probably the fault of the lab that made the mouthguard, or it's that the mold that they took at the dentist's office was off. Any recommendations? The $150 was basically like a co-pay.
