My mom is looking to buy a home to retire into, but she would want me to be added on the loan since she is almost 60. I don't mind but if I do will that diminish my chances for my fiance and I qualifying as first time home buyers?
I won't be living in her property. She is just afraid she won't secure a loan because of her age so having me listed will assist with that.
