Hello, I am a 32 with ~$110k annual income looking for insight on budget allocation with Fidelity index funds as a new investor.

I would like to invest 100% in US stocks and have a few different portfolio ideas. Here are the index funds I've been looking at:

FXAIX S&P 500
FSKAX US Total Market
FSMAX Extended Market (DOW US completion market)
FLVEX Large Value
FLGEX Large Growth
FCPVX Small Value
FCPGX Small Growth

Portfolio 1
FXAIX 70%
FSMAX 30%

Portfolio 2
FSKAX 100%

Portfolio 3
FLGEX 50%
FLVEX 30%
FCPVX 20%

Portfolio 4
FLGEX 50%
FLVEX 25%
FCPVX 15%
FCPGX 10%

Appreciate any insight on what I should move forward with. My hesitation with moving forward with portfolio 1-2 is missing out on small value stocks since they (what I've read) outperform other asset classes in the long-term. Also any other portfolio ideas are welcome!

Also any insight on the current state of the stock market being overvalued, whether to wait for the speculated 2nd recession, etc.

Thank you :)
