I’ve owned and sold a few homes, and I bought the property I’m residing in 2 years ago. I haven’t made enough equity to make any profit from the home, yet. However, that is primarily due to the fact that the “equity” would all go to the realtor, which is quite a bit for me at this time since I’m considering a massive move.
I live in a smaller town in Kansas, but the real estate market here is well. I’m decent with a camera and know how to stage homes. However, I don’t know if it’s possible to get my home listed on the MLS or even on Zillow etc since I don’t have a real estate license.
I know about what my home could sell for and I’m decent at negotiating, but I’ve never sold a home without a realtor for that security.
Insight?
