My dad is older and since my mother passed wants to downsize his house. He still works and is incredibly active and heathy.We’re talking about building a small home/efficiency dwelling on our property for him.Where would I find plans or guides to do this to reduce cost? I anticipate paying professionals for plumbing and electrical work, but I’d like to build the unit myself.Am I better buying a big shed and modifying it?
