Some factory seconds available here for $112.48 pre-tax as well. FWIW, I called the NJ outlet about the size 10D pair they had, and the sales associate rated them a 6/10, recommending that a customer view them in person before purchasing. Noted loose grain and poor finishing on the upper outside area of the right boot. Ultimately swayed me to just shell out for the new pair.
