I used to have a place with like 3 of my buddies and we used to always split costs right down the middle so it was never an issue. But now I'm moving to an apt with another person and it's just going to be the two of us. Apartments don't need the same level of insulation like a house would so I ask where the best ways to lower prices would be? I know HVAC is a big one but is there any other life hacks I don't know about that power companies don't mention? Thanks
