I really resonate with this sub, as I also pursue a simple life (or at least it's what I think). However, during this quarantine I've spent way more than usual on material things and...I don't feel guilty about it (which would be my usual behavior).

The thing is, from my perspective, it's OK to want material things, as long as you know what's important to you and are self conscious about the implications of spending more than needed.

What's your opinion?
