Hey everyone! Last night I had an internet outage in my area. Out of curiosity, while I was checking the status of it with Spectrum in their chat I asked about a potential outage credit. They said that they weren't able to apply it while the system was still down but to call when services resume.
Ended up calling today and after two minutes they applied a $5 credit to my account for the hour outage we had (at Spectrum apparently they divide the amount you pay by 30 days, for me it would of been a $3 credit but she bumped it up to $5). Not a world changing amount but worth it if you have a few minutes to spare!
