Obsessed with keeping my credit card at a $0 balance. I pay it off every time it racks up a charge. Is this doing anything?

As soon as theres credit card debt on my net worth I pay it off. I just hate seeing it. It racks up a couple hundred bucks at a time so I pay it off multiple times a month. Is this doing anything or even adversely affecting my credit score?
