I cook a lot and my cook wear takes a beating. I do have a beloved and durable cast iron skillet, cast iron Dutch oven and massive chef style stock pot; but my 10 inch skillet, high walled frying pan and sauce pot are all non-stick and in need of replacement. Again.
I'm tired of buying new ones every couple of years because the coating wears and they get warped but I don't know what to replace them with that would be more durable. I cook a lot of rice, breaded meat, fish and eggs and I'm worried I'll ruin something non-stick. Is there something I can get that would last at least ten years, not warp, not stick too badly and be really versatile that I can get for around $200 for the 3 pieces? Thanks in advance guys.
