Applied for 2 that I had to pay for that I really liked, first one haven't got a call back in days. This last one the lady was very positive I'd get approved with my income and all I even had a cosigner with amazing credit just to help with the process, she pressed me about applying and sending a confirmation because she was so sure. Applied, sent the confirmation and haven't received a reply back in 2 days now lol. Before she replied quickly so idk. I also did tour the place too so I know it wasn't a scam but hunting is getting annoying was hoping to move by the first of June.
